St. Mary’s County Arts Council has partnered with the Port of Leonardtown Winery for the first ever Wine Label Design Contest for the brand new Bubbly Noir wine release. Meet contest winner Bernard T. Matus and celebrate 15 years of Port of Leonardtown Winery’s tasting room, all whilst supporting the St. Mary’s County Arts Council!
