Regarded as a “true luminary in the world of music” and acclaimed for his artistry and visionary work of pushing the bounds of his craft, Tenor David W. Cook announces the newly established David W. Cook Award for Emerging Artists!

​David W. Cook is an International Multi-Award-Winning Artist, and Artistic Director of his Award-Winning local string ensemble, The Rivers of Harmony.

In collaboration and partnership with St. Mary's County Arts Council, this award will benefit emerging musicians from St. Mary’s County.

The application and additional information will be announced soon.

Donations may be made on a one-time or recurring basis to St. Mary’s County Arts Council (SMCAC), with all proceeds benefiting this award program.

Donations are tax-deductible per current IRS guidelines. The SMCAC is a 501(c)(3) organization.
